Let's Get Growing!
Whether you are an avid gardener or a gal with no green thumb, a total yogi or prefer mediation without movement, a plant-based expert  or vegan-curious, this presentation will get you “growing”! From growing your own veggies to growing your inner peace and your overall health and well-being, expert nutritionist, long-time yogi, plant-based cooking educator and mind-body-soul healing touch practitioner, Elaine Bryan with Body and Soul Nourishment will share tips, tools and techniques for healthy growing – because tending to your personal well-being is critical to your professional growth!

MENU OPTIONS

Chicken Caesar Salad – grilled chicken breast atop baby romaine with croutons and shaved parmesan with Caesar dressing served on the side.
(Choose “Salad – No Chicken” for vegetarian option)

Shrimp Ceviche – Prickly pear marinated Mexican shrimp, tomato, serrano, red onion, chayote, avocado, chili oil and cilantro served with tortilla chips.

Chile Relleno – Relleno chile stuffed with three cheeses topped with salsa roja, crema and cotija. Served with a side of rice, beans and flour tortillas.
