I’ve always believed that health is your greatest wealth—a value that was instilled in me early on by my father, a chef who taught us that taking care of our bodies is our responsibility. That mindset has guided every chapter of my life. 

I spent 40 years in banking and finance, serving as a Mortgage Underwriter and Vice President in both private and business banking. While I built a successful corporate career, health was always the common thread behind everything I did. 

About a decade ago, I took a leap into entrepreneurship, partnering with a medical technology company focused on improving circulation and overall wellness. Since 2016, I’ve helped others prioritize their health in a more proactive, preventative way. 

More recently, I expanded into nutritional wellness through a partnership with Zinzino, where I focus on helping people understand and improve their Omega-6 to Omega-3 balance—an important factor in reducing inflammation and supporting long-term health. What drew me in was the simplicity, the science, and the accessibility for everyday people. 

Today, I’m passionate about helping others feel better, perform better, and take control of their health from the inside out. I lead with education, integrity, and real-life experience, and I love connecting with people who want to live healthier, more active lives. 

Personally, I practice what I share. I’ve completed a marathon in under four hours, I won two medals in track at the National Senior Games, and have won numerous medals in women’s pickleball tournaments.

I’m based in San Diego, have been married for nearly 40 years, and have three incredible adult children. When I’m not working, you’ll find me staying active, spending time with family, or enjoying the beach.
