Biography
Michelle Bell is a Revenue Systems Architect who designs structured revenue architecture for businesses that have outgrown their current systems. She works primarily with six-figure service-based companies that have validated demand but experience stalled or inconsistent growth due to fragmented tools, misaligned offers, and inconsistent follow-up.
Most of Michelle’s clients are not struggling to generate interest – they are struggling with integration. Multiple platforms, disconnected automation, manual processes, and unclear offer positioning create hidden revenue leaks. Instead of fixing the system, many businesses attempt to solve plateaus by chasing more leads. Michelle takes the opposite approach.
Through her Path to Profit audit, she conducts a structural analysis of the revenue ecosystem – mapping offers, pricing, lead magnets, conversion pathways, and backend systems. From there, her Authority Signal Architecture framework ensures that positioning and perceived value align with pricing and infrastructure. The result is a cohesive revenue system designed to support scalable growth.
With more than twenty years of experience working behind the scenes across industries, Michelle brings both strategic clarity and execution depth. Her philosophy is simple: revenue plateaus are structural, not promotional. When systems are integrated and aligned, businesses scale with stability rather than strain.
Michelle’s work sits at the intersection of revenue design, systems thinking, and strategic positioning – helping growing companies move from effort-driven income to architecture-driven growth.

I’m less interested in vanity metrics and more interested in what happens after someone clicks.
I believe growth comes from being just 1% better … than your peers … than you were yesterday.
Before people buy from you, they need to feel oriented in your world.
That applies to your content, systems, offers, follow-up, and customer journey.
Ask me about the tiny 1% shifts that create disproportionate results.

DJ MandyMixes (Owner/Operator) & MandolynDesigns (Owner/Creative) DJ MandyMixes & MandolynDesignsBiography
Mandy’s Story & Experience
In 2009 Mandy left her longtime job at a water district working in public relations and became an entrepreneur. Her first venture was creating storybooks for small businesses. At a networking event to promote this business Mandy hit it off with the guest speaker and shortly after became the speaker’s assistant. Both in-person and virtual assistance. Mandy continued to network and found a niche and love of being the assistant to professional speakers & coaches. As time went on she decided to expand her clientele and has also worked with event planners, lawyers, sewing instructors, marketing firms, comedians, DJs and the list goes on.
In 2013 Mandy decided to follow a long time dream of becoming a Mobile DJ. It’s something she did for friends & family over the years and made jokes about starting her own business but it was the previous 4 years in the small business world and networking that gave her the courage (and a huge group of supporting people) to finally take the leap. From 2013-2019 Mandy continued to run her assistant business along with her DJ business (MandyMixes). In 2019, her Mobile DJ business was doing so well she decided to drop the assistant work and just focus on her and her DJ business. And then came 2020. We all know what that meant, the entertainment business was put on a very long pause so Mandy needed to find other income streams. She did this by re-launching her virtual assistant/social media management business. Her business used to be called “MandyOrganizes” but has been renamed to “Mandolyn Designs” with Mandolyn being her full first name. MandolynDesigns also includes handmade designs, art, care packages and more
So if you are looking for someone to assist you that understands the struggles of being a small business owner/entrepreneur Mandy is definitely your gal! She has been dubbed by many clients the “Queen of Change” and the “Figure It Out/Get it Done Gal” (meaning if she doesn’t know how, she will “figure it out!”)
