We've heard it said, "Your body is your temple". There's truth in this. When we look at our body as our house for life, we see the importance of maintaining it. Just like you do the dishes and take out the trash in the structure you live in, there are ways for you to do the same cleaning and decluttering for both your outer body and inner soul.

Today's presentation will delve into wellness and self-care from yoga and healthy eating to the magic of feminine presence. Wellness Guide, Speaker and Author Carol Cretella will share her experience, expertise and her journey from overwhelm to empowerment helping us reconnect with our own health, purpose and presence.
