Mexican Chopped Salad
Chopped fresh greens, red peppers, cucumbers, carrots, red onion, avocado, black beans and queso fresco topped with your choice of marinated chicken or skirt steak. Creamy chipotle dressing on the side. (Choose “No Meat” for vegetarian)
Miguel’s Tamales
One hand-made pork and one hand-made green chile-cheese tamale with our sauces and cheese. Served with rice* and beans.
Classic Fish Tacos – Batter-fried white fish filets in two corn tortillas topped with red cabbage, shredded cheese and salsa fresca served with rice* and beans. Ranch dressing served on the side.
*Rice is made with chicken broth and a very small amount of flour, so not vegan or 100% GF.
