Hold Onto What You’ve Got…Avoid Probate
If you own your home, have kids, are single – never married, divorced, widowed, LGBTQ or in a long term relationship, but not married – you need to attend and hear expert Estate Planning Attorney, Dana Green, discuss what estate planning really is, why it isn’t just for the old and the wealthy, and why everyone needs to have their own plan.
If not, the state of CA will determine what happens to your estate, including your kids, if you become incapacitated and when you die.
