Plant-powered Cooking Class – Dairy and Gluten Free

Mexican Food Taco Bar!!
In this plant-powered taco bar cooking class, we will make some jackfruit carnitas, some walnut/quinoa taco “meat” along with gluten free tortillas, vegan pepperjack “cheese”, chocolate pudding with coconut creme topping. We will pair these with beer, wine or mocktails….
Come have some fun in community with other health minded people to learn how to prepare more plant powered dishes that taste amazing and are good for you!
We work together to make the dishes and then enjoy sitting down at tables with some wine, beer and mocktails!
