COMMENTS: We have comments turned off throughout the site. If you happen to see a page or post that has comments field enabled, please send the link to the page/post where you saw it.

USER ACCOUNTS: If you have an account to log in to the site for shopping cart/checkout ease OR a premium directory listing with site login capabilities, your data is stored securely and you understand and give your consent that your IP address and browser information might be processed by the security plugins installed on this site. This is to ensure that our site remains secure and to take action if a bot attempts to log in to the site.

DIRECTORY

If you have a directory listing that includes a photo/images and/or your email address, images should be uploaded without location data embedded in the image. Through our directory plugin, your email address is obfuscated to not be harvested by bots, but can still be used by humans 🙂

CALENDAR LISTING

If you opt to buy a calendar listing, the information you provide is public. Which is a good thing! Others can see your event or offer! That’s the point. Again, your email is obfuscated in this plugin.

YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS

When you shop on our site and enter your email address, that email address is used to communicate with you regarding your order/purchase/registration. We NEVER share your email address with anyone without your permission and we CERTAINLY DO NOT SELL YOUR INFORMATION!

We also use your email address for our eAnnouncement list through our email service provider if: a) we have a transactional business relationship; b) you signed up to receive eAnnouncements; or c) you requested to be kept “in the loop” at an event or show.   You may remove yourself from this list at any time.
