PRESENTATION - ACTIVITY

It's Activity Month!
This month we'll engage in a couple inter-activities to give you the opportunity to connect on a deeper level and give you the chance to meet everyone in the room!

MENU OPTIONS

Mexican Chopped Salad
Chopped fresh greens, red peppers, cucumbers, carrots, red onion, avocado, black beans and queso fresco topped with your choice of marinated chicken or skirt steak. Creamy chipotle dressing on the side. (Choose “No Meat” for vegetarian)

Grilled Swordfish Tacos
Sonoran-spiced swordfish fillets with red cabbage, shredded cheese, salsa fresca and ranch dressing in two warm corn tortillas. Served with rice* and beans.

El Marco Enchiladas
Two Enchiladas served with rice* and beans. Choose chicken, beef or cheese.

*Rice is made with chicken broth and a very small amount of flour, so not vegan or 100% GF.
