New Revenue Starts with a Strategic Plan
We've heard it said "If you fail to plan, you are planning to fail." This adage is attributed to Ben Franklin - is it a coincidence that his likeness appears on the $100 bill? Often we jump into business by creating a job for ourselves. No plan, no processes, just hustle habits and a make-money mindset. While a great start, these can only get us so far.
In today's interview-style presentation, we'll get advice and guidance on how strategic planning leads to new revenue, clear direction and solid growth from expert business growth strategist and former Fortune 100 executive, Don Sando. In addition, Don will share his experience-based insights and perspective on women vs. men in business.
Whether you are just starting out, experiencing some "growing pains", or feeling like you're on the right track, you'll walk away with key tips on planning for financial growth.
MENU OPTIONS
Shrimp Red Chile Caesar
Crisp romaine lettuce with red pepper, avocado, tortilla strips and cotija cheese topped with grilled shrimp and served with a side of Miguel’s tj-style red chile Caesar dressing. (Choose “No Shrimp” to remove shrimp and add a side of black beans)
Enchiladas
Choose either Vegetable or Suizas. Served with a side of rice* and beans.
Vegetable – Two corn tortillas with roasted mushrooms, zucchini, bell pepper, onion and cheese topped with salsa verde and avocado slices.
Suizas – Shredded chicken rolled into corn tortillas and topped with sour cream, cheese and tangy verde sauce.
Flatbread and House Salad
Flatbread with black beans, jack cheese, avocado salsa fresca and pickled jalapeños. Served with a side house salad of Romaine and mixed lettuces with radishes, avocado and carrots. Creamy Cilantro Dressing on the side.
*Rice is made with chicken broth and a very small amount of flour, so not vegan or 100% GF.
