Relax and B-R-E-A-T-H-E
Have you ever found yourself exhaling from a breath you didn’t realize you were holding? Have you found tension in your physical body from the thoughts and feelings in your mind and heart?

From and breathwork specialist and author of the contemporary fiction novel The Secret Dreamworld of Andrea Cooper, Susan Tuttle, in this experiential presentation, we’ll learn how our breath can help us to lower blood pressure, reduce stress and anxiety, calm our central nervous system, increase focus and brain function, enhance our mood and bring us more contentment and joy so that we CAN relax and refresh.

MENU OPTIONS

Chicken Caesar Salad – Little Gem lettuce topped with grilled Jidori chicken, pecorino and torn croutons served with garlic Caesar dressing on the side.
(choose no chicken for vegetarian)

Caprese Panini – Pressed sandwich made with house-made focaccia, tomato, fresh mozzarella and basil. Served with your choice of garlic fries or a side salad with creamy balsamic on the side.

Pasta Carbonara – Spaghetti with proscuitto, garlic, onion, egg, pecorino and EVOO. Served with a slice of house-made bread.
